A £10 ticket, in full
Card processing is real — here's exactly what happens to it, using Stripe's UK/EU card rate as an example.
Card payments are processed on your own connected Stripe account, so Stripe bills its standard card processing fee straight to you — the same way it would if you took payments through Stripe directly. It's never something we charge or mark up; you'll see it itemised on your own Stripe dashboard.
Our 6% platform fee is separate, and goes entirely toward running the platform and supporting mental health charities — none of it goes toward covering card processing costs.

Where the fee goes
We're a not-for-profit ticketing platform — running costs come first, and what's left goes to mental health charities.
Covers running the platform
Hosting, support, and the tools that keep bookings and box office running smoothly. (Card processing is billed separately, direct to your Stripe account.)
The rest goes to charity
Whatever's left after running costs is donated to mental health initiatives — so every ticket sold does a bit of good.
